She had achieve some fat loss previously, but really wanted to accelerate her progress and get the results she wanted. Amity jokingly said her goal was to lose 8kgs, thinking that it was impossible for her to achieve this, but after the 10 weeks Amity was able to drop 7.8kgs and 5.8% body fat, even with Amity falling ill at week 5.
